They have a sizing guide somewhere on the site, I think it's under an FAQ section? It gives you a good idea of what to look for with frame width and stuff. My last pair of Parafinas were spot on using that.

Yeah they ship to the US, I've had stuff sent to Houston before. Takes about a week, give or take.

They definitely ship to Texas. I got my last order in San Antonio in like 6-8 business days. It wasn't super fast but not terrible either.

They're not Ray-Bans but for the price and the eco-friendly aspect, I think they hold up really well. I've had mine for over a year and no issues.

Returns are usually fine, even for sale items. I think you have a couple of weeks to decide. Just make sure they're in original condition and you should be good to go. I haven't done a BOGO return specifically, but their general policy seems easy enough.
